Collar tabs for Alpini Medical Units of the Italian Social Republic (RSI), constructed with a green base cloth typical of Alpine troops and a red upper layer, traditionally associated with military medical services. From a construction standpoint, these insignia were typically made of shaped cloth with a dual-color layout, combined with a central metal or embroidered emblem.
